I have always loved to draw. It is a hobby I often do for fun or to relax. I have done a few pieces for people based on photos they sent me like dogs or people from behind. I mostly like to draw animals or elements in nature. Normally I sketch with regular pencils and sketchbook paper, but I also tend to doodle on my note pages when I am bored. Bible journaling
I started doing calligraphy a while back, but recenty started creating some images in my Bible. I love to use colors to highlight passages and wanted to make verses stand out. My Bible has premade ones that you can color, but I wanted to create my own. So, I recently started drawing these illustrations in my Bible and each of them has a different theme. For these illustrations I use colored pencils, highlighters, or different calligraphy and ink pens. Some cover the whole page, while others are smaller and more compact. I have many throughout my Bible but enjoy some of my favorites!
